What to include

• Your macOS version and the Olympus version (run olympus --version in Terminal).
• What you asked and what happened, in your own words.
• The output of olympus engine status, if relevant.

We will never ask for your passwords, API keys, or the contents of your mail or files. Support cannot see your data: it stays on your Mac.
